Investment Team Coordinator - Private Equity Investments

Job Description

Broad responsibilities include:

• Maintain Outlook calendars and schedule meetings for team members
• High volume of complex travel coordination for team members (domestic and international)
• Prepare and process meeting materials
• Assist with all new and ongoing legal and compliance procedures for all investments
• Create and compile closing documentation for new investments
• Communicate and coordinate on behalf of team with existing general partners and prospective partners
• Assist with internal compliance reports and budgetary reconciliations
• Prepare expense reports in accordance with UTIMCO policies
• Various other administrative duties as required


• 5+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
• 2+ years of work experience in an investment-related field
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Organized, adaptable, and resourceful
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail is essential to success in this role
• Knowledge and understanding of information systems, including Microsoft Suite and Concur
• A collegial team player possessing intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and thoughtfulness
