Information Security Administrator

Job Description

Broad responsibilities of the position will include:

  • Providing guidance, monitoring and reporting on security related topics, systems and events
  • Working collaboratively to deliver scalable, secure solutions
  • Working with the CISO and Chief Compliance Officer to monitor and report on the firm’s security posture
  • Working with CISO and peers to identify and establish standards-based policies and procedures

  • Effectively communicates to both technology and business professionals
  • Identifies weaknesses and vulnerabilities by thinking outside the box

  • Provide oversight and guidance into the configuration and use of security tools, firewalls, av/am software, and patch management systems

  • Minimum of 3 years in an enterprise administrator role working in multi-site, multi-data center environments
  • Minimum of 1-year experience with network security hardware and software

  • Microsoft SQL Server, Transact SQL, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Microsoft Team Foundation Services
  • Microsoft Web Services
  • Powershell, Batch and BASH scripting
  • Single sign-on technologies including AzureAD, Shibboleth and other SAML/OAuth solutions
  • Multi-factor solutions including Microsoft Authentication and Duo Security
  • Enterprise level network design, routing, switching, and firewalls
  • Building access control systems and physical security systems
  • Executive protection, travel security and risk assessments
  • Two-year degree in a relevant field of work
